It is crucial to understand that Marts Region acts primarily as a sophisticated digital intermediary venue. Our “From Factory to You” model connects buyers directly with various tiers of suppliers (manufacturers, importers, wholesalers).
Unless explicitly stated otherwise for specific products, Marts Region is the facilitator of the transaction, not the manufacturer or direct supplier of the goods. While we curate our suppliers strictly, we do not take possession of, handle, or inspect all goods sold through the Platform.
To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
Elite Conduct: We expect our users to conduct business professionally. Marts Region reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, or violations of these Terms.
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Marts Region reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Due to our direct-from-source model (“From Factory to You”), shipping times and methods may vary significantly depending on the supplier’s location and the destination.
Estimates: Any delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Marts Region are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery of the item to the carrier by the supplier.
Returns and refunds are subject to the specific policies of the individual supplier (manufacturer/wholesaler) from whom the product originated, facilitated by Marts Region.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, please contact our support team at support@martsregion.com to initiate a return request. We will mediate the process based on the supplier’s defined return parameters for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including the Marts Region logo and shopping bag icon), button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Marts Region or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright and trademark laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Marts Region.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Pakistan.
